Commercial Property Rating: Limit of Insurance is Here!
ISO is making significant changes to the way you’ll rate commercial property policies beginning in January 2011, Last year, ISO began filing to introduce limit-of-insurance curves into the rating structure for commercial fire and allied lines, as well as to streamline the rating of certain coverages. In this seminar, you’ll learn about the reasons for those changes. You’ll also hear an in-depth discussion of the new procedures for both class-rated and specifically rated properties. There are critical implementation and coordination issues surrounding the revision, so this seminar is a must for everyone involved in rating commercial property exposures.
