Joe Palmer is a 31-year veteran of ISO. He currently leads the Commercial
Multi-Line Actuarial Division at ISO, where he has responsibility for Commercial
Property, Commercial Package Policies, General Liability, Medical Professional
Liability, and Excess/Umbrella Insurance. Joe worked to launch ISO's ERM Forum,
and has been instrumental in developing products and services to help companies
in the development and maintenance of their ERM programs.

Kevin Kuntz is an assistant vice president in ISO’s Risk Decision Services
business unit. He is responsible for new products, risk engineering, technical
support, and training. He has primary responsibility for ISO’s Specific
Commercial Property Evaluation Schedule. An active firefighter and former fire
chief, Mr. Kuntz has served on several National Fire Protection Association
standards committees. He holds the Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in
the discipline of fire protection.
