Catastrophe
declarations and estimates from ISO’s Property Claim Services
(PCS) unit can involve complex issues and decisions as events
are unfolding. How did PCS handle cat identification, insured
property loss estimates, and estimate revisions when four
hurricanes hit Florida in 2004? What happens when two
earthquakes occur in close proximity? Or when fire or tsunami
follows an earthquake? Attend this session to find out how PCS
approaches such complicated catastrophes.
