In 2009, ISO sponsored a seminar on Web 2.0 —
the perceived second generation of web development and design —
and its effects on the insurance industry. Now we continue the
discussion by considering applications such as LinkedIn and
Twitter and their uses in traditional insurance companies.
You’ll also learn about Web 2.0 strategies for interacting with
customers, as well as cutting-edge techniques such as crowd
sourcing, real-time search, and semantic nets.
