John Vorbeck is
manager of the engineering unit in ISO’s Risk Decision Services Department. He
maintains the Specific Commercial Property Evaluation Schedule (SCOPES) and
manages development of new and enhanced SCOPES products. He is also responsible
for quality control for the Specific Property Information (SPI Plus) database,
and he oversees technical support for SCOPES and related SPI Plus products.
